Produced on family farms in rural areas of the Philipines, it is far away from cities and pollution that goes with them, where the volcanic soil makes these organic coconuts some of the most nutritionally rich coconuts in the world. Coconuts are used fresh within 24 hours of harvest, shredded (wet milled) and cold pressed with no chemical or high heat treatment. The coconuts and farms are Certified Organic according to USDA standards.
