ABOUT
EPSOM SALTS
FOR KIDS
Magnesium
and Sulfates, the two major components of Epsom Salts (magnesium
sulfate) are easily absorbed through the bath.
Sulfates
are also known to improve nutrient absorption and toxin elimination.
Magnesium
is key in relaxed muscles and stress reduction.
Great
for kids before bedtime bath, said to increase sleep cycle and
improve digestive function, some parents of autistic kids have found
it to be helpful.
FOR BEAUTY
Epsom
Salts are known to reduce swelling and inflamation, one of my
favourite soaks when I have sore and tired muscles.
Stress
and inflamation are big players in aging skin (and body), could it
be that a simple ingredient like Epsom Salts could be a factor in
staying young?
To
aid in absorption, keep the bath water to a moderate temperature.
For a detoxing bath, increase water temperature.

EPSOM
SALTS - magnesium sulfate - fine grain
These Epsom Salts are finer than most I have seen in the stores. White/Clear crystals used in foot and bath soaks, they look great uncoloured or coloured with a few drops of food colouring. May be added to bath bombs as
well. Good for tired, aching muscles.
Use
as a compress for insect bites and to reduce swelling from scrapes.
Can
even be used to fertilize
plants.
Does
not dry the skin like other salts.
The
Epsom Salt Council recommends using 2 cups per bath 3x per week for
optimal benefit.
